On July 5, 2010, Wisconsin will, at long last, be smoke-free! The season of snow and fortunately, hot cocoa is upon us, and we contemplate the year that is waning and the one that will soon begin. As we end a year during which our financial resources have been reduced significantly because of budget cuts, we thank you for your loyal support. Now more than ever we could use your help....
