Early Bird Registration Fee $80.00
(registration & payment received before April 4, 2007)
After April 4th $100.00

Conference fee includes all meals (2 lunches, 2 breakfasts and breaks) and materials.

All cancelled registrations are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.  No refunds given on or after April 23.
